Mimi's Ice Cream Emporium is an ice cream parlour on Rotary Way in Gosforth, close to the Gosforth Park hotel and near the Travelodge, Co-op and Costa Coffee. It sells homemade artisan ice creams, sundaes, cones and waffles, alongside speciality coffee, cakes and brownies. Staff take time to explain the flavours and cater to a range of dietary requirements, with vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options and sorbets available. The parlour is known locally for its varied and changing selection of flavours. The business also operates as Mimi's Ice Cream Factory.
