Beamish Museum screens Nosferatu, F W Murnau's 1922 silent adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, with Max Schreck's celebrated performance as Count Orlok. The film is accompanied by a live score played by pianist Stuart Angus in the restored 1950s Grand Cinema. Screenings are at 6pm on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October. Tickets include vampire-themed refreshments and a commemorative goody bag. Museum entry opens at 4pm with cinema access from 5pm, and a shuttle bus runs for later arrivals. Tickets must be pre-booked and are non-refundable; Unlimited Passes and Friends memberships are not valid. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
