Brilliant Bat Crafts for Children
A Halloween-afternoon family craft session where children learn about bats from Northumberland Bat Group and make posters and clay bats to take home.
About This Event
Northumberland Bat Group shares facts about bats before children draw a bat, make a colourful poster about why bats are worth protecting and model a mini bat from air-dry clay to take home. The drop-in style session suits a range of ages, children need not stay for the full two hours, and they must be accompanied by an adult throughout. Parking at the reserve is limited, so the organisers suggest Gosforth Park Way, a four-minute walk away. Book through Eventbrite.
