Ardens Kitchen is a cafe and bistro tucked inside Dobson House at Regent Centre, making it a convenient stop for anyone using the Metro, Park & Ride, or nearby offices. The menu runs from full English breakfasts and smashed avocado brunch to sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and a Clukin Chicken Burger. On Sundays they serve proper roast dinners (from £9.95), and the dessert menu features homemade waffles and pancake stacks. Genuinely family-friendly with a dedicated kids' area (Pac-Man machine, blackboard wall), a children's menu, and a Kids Eat for £1 deal on weekday afternoons. They also do buffet catering for events. 10% NHS discount. Two-minute walk from Regent Centre Metro.
