Cafe Beam

Community cafe in the beautifully converted Old Fire Station on the High Street. Breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a warm, welcoming feel.

About Cafe Beam

Cafe Beam occupies a stunning spot in the converted Old Fire Station at the top end of Gosforth High Street. The high ceilings and original architectural features give it a distinctive character, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming — popular with families, dog walkers, and anyone after a relaxed breakfast or lunch. The menu covers a solid range of cooked breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and daily specials. It's run in partnership with the Smile For Life charity, adding a real community feel. A hidden gem that rewards the walk up the High Street.
