About Gosforth Leisure Centre Swimming Lessons
Gosforth Leisure Centre on Regent Farm Road, NE3 3HD, offers children's and adult swimming lessons six days a week through Better's Swim School. Two pools serve different needs: a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and more advanced lessons, and a dedicated learner pool that is shallower and warmer, ideal for building confidence in younger or less experienced swimmers. Lessons run for all ages and abilities, from just 3 months old through to adult learners, with weekday sessions in the evenings and weekend sessions from morning to afternoon. The structured programme is built around achievements linked to specific skills and distances. During school holidays, extra fun swim sessions and intensive one-to-one lessons help swimmers of all ages progress more quickly. Contact the centre on 0191 255 9828 or book online through the Better website.
