Jamieson School of Music offers one-to-one music lessons from a central location on Gosforth High Street, at 79 High Street, NE3 4AA. Tuition covers piano and keyboard, guitar (acoustic, electric and bass), singing, ukulele and clarinet, along with music theory and aural training for those preparing for exams or wanting to understand how music works. Lessons are open to children from age 6 and adults of any age, with no upper limit, and suit complete beginners, returners picking an instrument back up, and students working towards grade exams alike. Thirty-minute lessons cost 21 pounds and are recommended for children, while sixty-minute lessons are 42 pounds and suit adults or more experienced players, both inclusive of VAT. The High Street setting makes it easy to fit lessons around the school run or work.
