About Mum-Dance Gosforth
Mum-Dance Gosforth is an 80s and 90s dance fitness class built on the idea that exercise should feel like a night out rather than a chore, a formula that has now got over 30,000 women moving across the UK, Scotland, Ireland, Gibraltar and the USA. Expect big tunes, fun choreography and an atmosphere closer to a girls' night out than a gym class; you do not need to be a mum or a dancer, just someone who wants to get fit while having a good time. A thoughtful buddy system removes the nerves of trying something new: on booking you join the class WhatsApp group and can request a Walk You In Buddy, so nobody arrives alone. Gosforth classes run Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm at Westfield School, Oakfield Road, NE3 4HS. Book via mum-dance.co.uk.
