About Nuffield Health Gosforth
Nuffield Health Gosforth is a fitness and wellbeing club on Gosforth Park Way, north of Northumbria University's Coach Lane campus. Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym floor, a dedicated cycling studio, and a sauna and steam room, with free parking on site. Membership covers unlimited fitness classes, and the club also offers personal training and physiotherapy services. Swimming lessons for all ages are run by Swim England-qualified instructors, and there is an on-site Nu Kitchen for food and drink. Members can also access other Nuffield Health clubs through multi-club membership, and a complimentary day pass is available to try the club.
