About FAB Bakery
FAB Bakery Gosforth is an artisan bakery at 27 Ashburton Road, a second site for the Fenham-founded business established in 2017. It combines French pastry technique with a neighbourhood bakery style, offering freshly baked sourdough, focaccia, rolls, baguettes and fougasse, with croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, takeaway hot drinks and sandwiches available daily. Patisserie specials appear on Fridays and Saturdays. This is a grab-and-go bakery with no seating, and weekend mornings tend to bring the longest queues for pastries fresh from the oven. It opens Wednesday to Saturday, with hours from 8:30am on weekdays and shorter Saturday trading.
