About Pink Lane Bakery

Pink Lane Bakery occupies the Old Fire Station on Gosforth High Street, one of four branches of the independent Newcastle bakery alongside shops on Pink Lane in the city centre, Acorn Road in Jesmond and Newgate Street in Morpeth. Everything is baked fresh each morning, with real sourdough, speciality breads and stotties, and laminated pastries including pain au chocolat, almond croissants and pastel de nata. The bakery is also known for its sausage rolls, pies, pasties and cinnamon buns, plus sandwiches with vegan and vegetarian options. Celebration cakes can be personalised and ordered, and catering for events is available. Shops open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
