About The Kids-Hub Coding Club
The Kids-Hub is a hands-on coding, STEM and robotics club for children, with sessions held at Great Park Community Centre in Newcastle. Its LEGO Coding & Robotics workshops are aimed at children aged around six to twelve, with the wider club catering for ages four to twelve. In sessions, children build models using LEGO robotics kits and then bring them to life through block-based coding on tablets, working through activities such as dancing bots, obstacle courses and creative missions and challenges. The centre is accessible by public transport, with the Q3 bus service running frequently throughout the day.
